I hope this makes sense and any feedback is greatly appreciated. I don’t enjoy recruiting for companies that keep people as permanent temps and string the temp along as if there will be some chance of them becoming a permanent employee. On the other hand working with a large company, like Experis, has me worried that I may fall back into a toxic environment similar to my first company. I like the environment of the smaller agency but with it being a relatively new company there is some uncertainty as to whether or not it can stay afloat in today’s market. I’ve been working for the smaller agency for a little over 2 weeks but interviewed with Experis prior to accepting the offer from my current agency. I worked for a full service agency prior for about 2 years but left because I hated the the management and the stressful environment it created. To provide a little more information I just started working for the smaller agency. I’d like to know if anyone has any experience working for Experis and if I should consider leaving my current company. I was just offered a position with Experis/manpower group with a 50k base and a far less attractive commission structure. We only work with direct hires and the the positions we recruit for offer 80k+. Currently, I am working with a small staffing IT company with a base salary of 40k and a fairly generous commission structure. Manpower is a world leader in the workforce solutions creating and delivering services that enable its clients to win in the changing world of work.
